This is part two of a cleansing system, to be used with the cleansing oil as the first step.

With this herbal toner, you now have the power to cut excess oil and diminish enlarged pores.  balancing botanicals become water-soluble to thoroughly cleanse and gently exfoliate your skin, preparing it for maximum absorption of serums, creams and masks quickly delivering active ingredients where they’re most effective.

This herbal toner is step two of a two part system and must be used with Balance Cleansing Oil. 

Ingredients

Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Arctium Lappa (Burdock) Root Extract, Hedera Helix (Ivy) Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Extract, Saponaria Officinalis (Soapworth) Extract, Nasturtium Officinale (Watercress) Extract, Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey) Extract, Carum Petroselinum (Parsley) Extract, Agrimonia Eupatoria (Agrimony) Leaf Extract, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Caramel

Directions for use: 

On dry skin with dry hands, massage 1 pump of Cleansing Oil onto face and neck.

STEP 2: Massage 1 pump of Herbal Toner over Cleansing Oil. Add cool water gradually to emulsify and turn milky white. Rinse until you no longer feel the cleansing solution.
